The coffee provided at breakfast was not up to par, leaving room for improvement.

It was new, clean, light and cosy. Location is good - close to city center and the central Baumana street.

Small rooms, no room service, no tea facilities, only one chair in a twin room, we took a taxi from the hotel (the taxi had no taxi signs at all) and the taxi driver charged us something unbelievable (3-4 times higher than normal rates, no counter of course) because he "had to pay something to the hotel as well"

The wifi was free and the computers were very useful. the location was great, near several places to eat and drink. the room was cleaned daily.

The water dispenser in the lobby was always empty and if you needed water you had to buy it. the room was quite small, so it wasn't very comfortable.

The room was quite modern and equipped with wide desk which was useful for guests like me who like to work in the evening. The bed was also comfortable, and the shower had enough space too. I was impressed by the way computer manager worked to carry out my problems with the internet though it was not successful. I felt very grateful to most of the service staffs working there.

My room was not made up one day when I failed to leave some tips for the chambermaid, and some foot marks on the floor remained till the end of my stay. This is just a suggestion, but for a business use hotel, a hot drink capable in your room during the night will be nice. A small kettle will be enough to serve this purpose. I thought the payment process is a bit unclear and weird, and it is not informed on Booked.net site. For instance, you have to pay before your departure date, and the first night charge is taken from your credit card even if you choose to pay by cash. It was not a problem for me, but it should be informed somewhere beforehand.
